It seems as though we might be seeing an end to the Tekashi 6ix9ine trials. The New York rapper has pleaded guilty to nine different criminal counts, including racketeering, drug & gun charges per TMZ.
The story is continuously developing but 6ix9ine’s trial has been an ongoing battle between prosecutors and the defense. A lot of information has leaked from the trial, including the fact that 6ix9ine corroborated with the feds in the investigation of the Chief Keef shooting. The feds also say that 6ix9ine helped plot in multiple murders, shooting and robberies in the New York area.
The full count of charges includes:
Racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking. The rapper was initially indicted back in November.
While sentencing hasn’t played out just yet, we could imagine that 6ix9ine is striking a deal with the prosecutors for less jail time. In November when he was first indicted, he was facing life in jail. Now that he has pleaded guilty there is numerous possibilities that may end up with 6ix9ine back in the streets of New York.
