Taliwhoah has emerged as one of the new faces of R&B and Soul in 2018. Hailing from the UK, the singer and songwriter has popped on the scene with her project, New Wave Order Vol. 1. The project was followed by her hit single, “Soul Food”, featuring rising artist, Arin Ray. With over a million plays on Spotify, the song has risen to the top of many end of the year lists. This time, the UK native is back with a video for another song of her own called “Run Along”.
Following her latest single, Taliwhoah’s “Run Along” serves as the anthem for those who are tired of putting up with their ex’s mess. On the record, the singer-songwriter tells her ex-significant other to get out of her life for good. After recording the record, Taliwhoah said, “Run along covers a transition that had to happen to truly embrace and acknowledge my self worth. I really dive deep into a reality I had to deal with.” She later added, “With the track and video, I made sure I really kept it real. Really real. Everything you see is a raw and transparent walk through my heart.”
