Talks between the Phoenix Suns and the Knicks to bring Steve Nash to New York are heating up. The two sides are trying to hammer out an agreement in which the two-time MVP will become a Knick in a sign-and-trade scenario, no deal has been finalized but it is predicated on Iman Shumpert being included in the package.
The Suns are insisting the player be a part of the deal and although the Knicks are reluctant, they are prepared to part ways with the promising Shumpert for a chance at Nash.
