Phoenix Suns had a need at the point guard position when their starting point guard, newly acquired Brandon Knight, went down with an injury. They originally agreed to a 10-day contract with former Duke star and the younger brother of Stephen Curry, Seth Curry. After 10 days, it didn’t exactly workout for both parties, so curry will walk and the Suns will sign another point guard to a deal.

Phoenix will let go of Seth Curry and sign A.J. Price to a 10-day contract, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

Curry played 2 games with the Suns, totaling a whopping 8 minutes of play, getting a total of 1 assist, 2 rebounds and 2 fouls. He also shot 0-3 for the team. Curry was on his third team of his young career and he’s only played a grand total of 4 games in his NBA career. Curry will go back down to the D-League and presumably light it up with his former team, the Erie Bayhawks and continue to rip it up down there.
Price played in China this season but he was waived by the Cavaliers earlier this year. Price was on the Cleveland Cavaliers twice and also the Indiana Pacers earlier this NBA season. He posts a career average of 5.9 points per game with 2.2 assists.
