It’s been sometime since you’ve last heard any of the intelligently, grimy, New York-centric raps from Brooklyn’s own, Mr. MFN eXquire. After making a splash with the mixtape Lost in Translation, eXquire was featured in The FADER, Pitchfork, and many of the major sites, hell, he even tore down his set at SXSW. After being signed with Universal Republic, he released a few more projects and eventually lost the momentum he once had.
Alas, Hugh Anthony Allison has restored himself for the icy blue dead-zone of the musician’s abyss. Looking to make another splash in the mixtape circuit he releases the seven-track EP, LiveForever. The project offers production contributions from Action Bastard, Hi Rez, Constrobuz, Darko The Super, and SteelDippedDove.
