A long time coming, A$Ap Twelvyy’s debut album, ’12’ is finally here. Kicking off the A$AP Mob’s month of “AWGEST”, Glock Rivers delivers a 14-track project. I secretly wanted 12 tracks to keep the theme of 12 going but that’s alright.
The first record Twelvyy blessed fans with was “Strapped” (L.Y.B.B. if we are being technical) and with the reception being well, the album rollout came full circle. Shorty after we were then introduced to “Yea Yea Yea (Maps)” produced by Harry Fraud. Shall we say 2 for 2 for the Bronx native?
Next that brings us to the A$AP Rocky assisted “Diamonds” which should have been expected to be a solid record and it is. This introduced us to our first glimpse of a feature on “12”. To round out the features we have the likes of Fredro Starr, A$AP Ferg A$AP Nast, A$AP Ant, Flatbush Zombies, Joey Bada$$ & more.
Prior to the official release of “12”, one last song was gifted to fans and that is “Periodic Table”. This is certainly the last year being broke for Twelvyy as he has a very good project on his hands. If you’re a heckler for that “NY sound”, here you have it.
Also shout out to Castle Hill for making the cover. It’s obvious a man like Twelvyy won’t forget where he came from. Congratulations on the debut album.
