Stormzy has released a new track called “Sounds of the Skeng”. Stormzy teased the newly released track back in August. He tweeted a picture of himself in boxing trunks and gloves with a caption that read, “You lot think you’re f*cking funny yeah cool.” After a week, he’s come back with the full song.
The new track follows up his recently released track, “Tack Me Back To London” with Ed Sheeran. The Ed Sheeran collaboration has quickly shot up to the top spot on the U.K. charts. Complete with a new video, the collaboration is quickly becoming one of his most successful efforts.
Following the success of his track with Ed Sheeran and the release of this latest song, fans are eagerly awaiting a sophomore album from Stormzy. It’s unclear when the new project will be released or what it will be called, but we hope it arrives soon. In the meantime, check out “Sounds of the Skeng” above.
