Stevie Wonder keeps on reminding us of how much of a legend he is.
Saturday night before his performance at the Global Citizen Festival, Stevie Wonder opened up his set a little different. Wonder got on both knees with his son, Kwame Morris, and kneeled in solidarity with the recent NFL protests.
“Tonight, I’m taking a knee for America,” said Wonder. “Both knees in prayer for our planet, our future, our leaders of the world and our globe. Amen.”

Wonder kneeled along with the many sports figures this weekend following Trump’s remarks on players taking a kneel during the national anthem.
