Two of the NBA’s best young point guards squared off Monday night in Charlotte, NC. The Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry faced off against Charlotte Bobcats’ Kemba Walker. Let’s just say they put on a show…Although the Bobcats ended up with the W, Curry had a HUGE game. Curry dropped 42pts (14-32 FG), 9ast, 6reb, and even 2blk.
Matching him score for score, and eventually icing the game with a clutch free-throw putting the Bobcats up 4 with 3.3 seconds left, Kemba Walker wasn’t too far off. Walker ended up with 31pts (10-18 FG), 5ast, and 5reb. Other notables from the game were David Lee (GSW) with 14pts and 16reb, Klay Thompson (GSW) with 22pts, and Gerald Henderson (CHA) with 24pts.
