The Golden State Warriors didn’t have a game today, so their star point guard, Stephen Curry, decided to take advantage of this. According to The Skyline Studios Instagram post, he was at their recording studio in the Bay Area recording a voice over that will appear on Family Guy!
I can see why Family Guy would want to have him on for an episode, because he is arguably the most popular player in all of sports at this moment (he’s definitely the most popular in the NBA, as he led the league in jersey sales last season), so their ratings for an episode featuring him will be sky high. Also, Steph has said before that Family Guy is his favorite TV show, and who wouldn’t want to be on their favorite TV show?
Steph will make a brief cameo (likely an interview at a game, or meeting another character in public somewhere) or he will be a big part of the episodes story line, but either way, we can expect a funny episode of Family Guy with the NBA’s most lovable player making an appearance.
