The Golden State Warriors faced the New York Knicks without Andrew Bogut or David Lee. Even with two of their frouncourt players out, no one knew Stephen Curry was going to explode the way he did last night. Curry dropped 54 points (10-18 FG, 11-13 Three pointers) on the Knicks in a 109-105 loss, while also having 7 assists and 6 rebounds. The Warriors point guard did all the damage without sitting a single minute of the contest, he played the entire 48 minutes.
Curry’s 54 points was the third highest for any opponent playing against the Knicks at the current Madison Square Garden. Kobe Bryant had dropped 61 and Michael Jordan had 55.
