Stephen Curry, the man, the myth, the legend. Two-time NBA MVP. One-time unanimous MVP. The man who averaged over 30 points per game while in the 50/45/90 club. And his former house can be yours! For the low, low price of (almost) $4 million, Stephen Curry’s house can be yours!
The house, going for $3.895 million, is very, very nice. Five-plus bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a vineyard, a putting green, a pool an NBA-sized basketball hoop (of course), and even an electric car charger.
Curry will make a profit if he sells at asking price, as he bought the house in 2013 for $3.1 million.
The home features classic Spanish-style architecture. According to the home’s listing agent Andy Read of Caldecott Properties:
“It is a quintessential Spanish Hacienda from the exterior, but the interior has been updated for classic California living,” Read said. “It has a showcase kitchen, beamed ceilings, and an entertainer’s yard. It is a truly unique Orinda home.”
