The CW’s ‘Arrow’ star Stephen Amell has confirmed he has met with Warner Bros. to discuss a Justice League movie.
In an interview with Fandango, the actor said the fans might have to wait longer for the film.
“I have had discussions, but I think the gestation process for this project is a lot slower than most people think,” said Amell. “They haven’t even shot a frame of the movie before the movie everyone thinks is the Justice League movie.”
He added that his focus will still be the show.
“All we have to do for something like that to happen, or even be a possibility, is continue to take care of business with our show and then we put ourselves in a position – but the important thing is our show,” said Amell.
Rumors of a Justice League movie have been circulating ever since the announcement of ‘Man of Steel 2’ featuring Batman and Wonder Woman.
