Sports stars were honored and treated to slime at the 2015 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards on Thursday.
The award show which honors the biggest and best athletes from all sports, was hosted by Russell Wilson, quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks.
Golden State’s Stephen Curry and his adorable daughter Riley, stole the show as Curry took home three awards: Clutch Player of the Year, Sickest Moves and Best Male Athlete.
He brought Riley on stage with him as he accepted his awards and asked the audience to wish her an early ‘Happy Birthday’!
“To win this award is a great honor,” Curry said during his first win as chants of “MVP” drowned him out.
The U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team was also the center of attention last night. The show opened with flashing red, white and blue lights and chants of “USA” while the team walked on stage. Alex Morgan was awarded Best Female Athlete.
Other winners of the night included Marshawn Lynch, Derek Jeter, and Serena Williams.
