
Golden State Warriors guard, Steph Curry, is expected to executive produce an upcoming comedy series called The Second Half. As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the new series is a co-production from Fox Entertainment and Sony Pictures TV. Curry will reportedly work alongside Will Arnett. Arnett is best known for his work in Ratatouille, BoJack Horseman and Despicable Me.
As described, the series will take a look at the life of a retired basketball player who returns home to Charlotte. While there, he opens up a car wash and tries to reconnect with his loved ones. Sean Clements will write the script. Meanwhile, Marc Forman, Jeron Smith, Erick Peyton and Jenelle Lindsay will work with Curry behind the scenes to make the project a reality.
This series is the latest of Curry’s many content related endeavors. He has another series called Breakthrough in the works and he currently executive produces ABC’s Holey Moley. Not to mention, he has a YouTube series called 5 Minutes From Home.
