Steph Curry is not one to be involved in the media. He doesn’t make any odd or provocative comments when speaking with journalists. He answers questions after games and then leaves. Simple as that. Sometimes, though, he drops a little nugget for reporters to pick up on.
Curry made a comment to a reporter that simply can’t be ignored. Here’s the quote in its entirety:
“For the most part, you know what LeBron does, you know what Kyrie does, you know kind of their style and familiar with that. Other than that, I think when you look at the whole squad, they have a good kind of chemistry and vibe. It looks like they’re having fun, and we want to do something about that.”
I mean, what else would you expect him to say? “I want them to keep having fun and continue to steamroll everyone they play.” HAH.
I applaud Steph for this response because he defended his team while putting down the other in one swift sentence. Obviously, if the Cavaliers are having fun winning, then the Warriors want to make them miserable and cause them to lose. The same mindset has to be in the Cavaliers mind, too.
