The San Antonio Spurs and Charlotte Hornets may both be looking into acquiring better draft picks.
The San Antonio Spurs have explored moving up in the first round of the draft, per sources. They currently have the No. 29 pick.

Hornets GM Rich Cho spoke about the draft yesterday, saying that the team is exploring every option–moving up, down, or out of the draft altogether.
The Hornets’ first priority will likely be figuring out what their free agents will do. Nicolas Batum, Al Jefferson, Marvin Williams, Courtney Lee, Tyler Hansbrough, and Troy Daniels are all unrestricted free agents. Jeremy Lin has a player option which he will reportedly decline, and Jorge Gutierrez is a restricted free agent. Of those eight players, French swingman Nicolas Batum will be their absolute top priority.
The Hornets’ only pick in the draft is the 22nd overall pick. The Spurs’ only pick is 29th overall.
Could the Utah Jazz be involved in trades with either of these teams?
I've heard multiple teams have contacted the Jazz about their No. 12 pick. Wonder if the Spurs are one of them. https://t.co/qmxee2tdla
