“Sparkle” is set to hit theaters nationwide, August 17th, a remake of the 1976 classic, starring Jordin Sparks and the late Whitney Houston and is directed by Salim Akil (Jumping The Broom, Soul Food).
The soundtrack will be available on July 31st and features recorded performances from Whitney Houston, as well as tracks from Jordin Sparks and Cee-Lo Green. “Celebrate” was the first single, an up-tempo, feel good track produced by R. Kelly by Jordin and Whitney.
