Sony Computer Entertainment has revealed that they will be launching their very own television service, ‘Playstation Vue’. Yes, basically they may become a “cable” provider to many. Playstation Vue will offer users Live TV and On-Demand content like the world loves now. As of now, on launch day, Vue will have 75 programs with a few being CBS, Fox, NBCUniversal and more.
SCE will begin beta testing this month starting out with Playstation Plus users in New York City. Shortly after they will branch out into Chicago, Philly and Los Angeles. Playstation Vue will launch quarter one of 2015. PS Vue will launch on all non-Sony products shortly after its PS3 and Ps4 launch. There hasn’t been any word on a subscription price yet, but stay tuned for anymore details that may arise on Vue.
