New York is still here. Despite the passing of Pop Smoke and an ongoing pandemic, New York continues to bring light through music. DJ D-Nice kicked things off with viral DJ sessions that brought out everyone from Swizz Beatz to Michelle Obama. Then, Conway teamed up with Schoolboy Q for a new video. Not to mention, French Montana made New York proud with a big win over Tory Lanez in their hit battle. Most recently, Virgil Abloh released what could be Pop Smoke’s last music video for “Shake The Room” with Quavo. Now, Smoove L is continuing to move things forward with his “Just A Dream” video.

In the video, the New York artist wakes up in a white room by himself. From there, chaos ensues. He finds himself behind bars before breaking him and his friends out. All together, it makes for an insane visual.
“I show twelve ain’t no punking me/I’ma dip on these b*tches I’m going/Ducking and dodging/I’m going them wrong/Whole time I’m running and rapping a song,/Smoking they a**, just like I’m a boss,” he raps.
