The month of May has been jammed pack with major releases and this week is no different. During prior weeks, DJ Khaled, Megan Thee Stallion, Tyler The Creator and many more dropped new projects. This week, Denzel Curry, Mozzy and many more have dropped new music. Joining the dozens of artists who have kicked off the summer with new music, Skepta has dropped a brand new album called Ignorance Is Bliss.
Ignorance Is Bliss is the 2019 follow-up to his 2016 album, Konnichiwa. The 2016 project had standout tracks like “Man” and “Shutdown” and featured A$AP Nast and JME. Earlier this year, Skepta promised his fans he would deliver new music that is just as good if not better. He wrote on social media, “A message to say I love you all, I’ve been working hard and I’m more focused than ever.” Now, we finally get to hear what he’s been so focused on perfecting.
Skepta’s Ignorance Is Bliss is a thirteen project that features singles like “Bullet From A Gun” and “Greaze Mode.” The new album also features Nafe Smallz and many more. Check out the full project above and let us know what you think of his latest work.
