Burn all your photos and hide your kids as ‘Sinister 2’ is making a return.
Focus Features announced that the supernatural sequel will hit theaters on August 21, 2015.
Ciaran Foy will direct the film and the original ‘Sinister’ director Scott Derrickson, will write the script with C. Robert Cargill.
‘Sinister’ was a massive hit when it hit theaters back in 2012. The film grossed $77.7 million worldwide on a $3 million budget.
It followed the story of a true crime novelist who moves into a home where a horrific accident took place. When he discovers footage of families being murdered in the home, he unleashes an ancient spirit gunning for him and his family.
