Luckily I am not in a position where I can relate this to new record from Toronto native, ShaqIsDope. Now don’t get it twisted that doesn’t take away from the record whatsoever, just had to put that out there.. Now if this was a couple years ago then maybe I would be in a position where I could, but anyway lets move on.
Speaking of moving on, for SID’s new leak ‘Still Open’ from his upcoming project ‘Black Frames’, it’s obvious he quite isn’t ready to do that yet. Linking up with FrancisGotHeat we catch ShaqIsDope handling not only the duties of providing dope verses, he gets in touch with his R&B side as he sings over the chorus/hook. It’s never easy for any person to get over a past relation especially if there was never any closure. You can either try to do what you need to in order to get them back or mope, feel sorry for yourself and be miserable or just simply move on.
With ‘Black Frames’ coming soon, from the cuts he has released so far; ‘Innocent Youth’, ‘Black Frames’ and ‘The Weapon’, I am more than intrigued to listen to the tape in it’s entirety. Until the project is here, check out the previous records and of course check out ‘Still Open’ below..
