There is apparently an abundance of talent coming out Toronto, Canada and ShaqIsDope clearly fits the bill of that list. If you haven’t heard of ShaqIsDope, his most recent record ‘DWNTWN‘ has developed a relatively respected buzz for the up and coming rapper. Trying to ‘Stay Focused’ is SID as he raps over the Pitt Tha Kid produced track, giving listeners a much more in-depth side of him. Cycling through topics ranging from depression, suffering with high volumes of alcohol intake within that process of fighting his depression. We also get a glimpse of ShaqIsDope emotional mind state as he touches on his vulnerability to heartbreak which I am sure we all can relate to even as men.
As we receive this new track, ‘Stay Focused’ is only the beginning as he plans on releasing his Black Frames mixtape later this year.
