Since his days on Saturday Night Live, Seth Meyers has been known for his dry commentary and (mostly) composed demeanor. However, this week on Late Night with Seth Meyers he reminded us of the goofiness he flaunted much more in his days on SNL, I mean this is the man who married Stefon in his farewell episode. They’ve done this ‘Day Drinking’ segment before with the likes of Kelly Clarkson and even Seth’s brother Josh. This time though, it’s Rihanna’s turn.
In ‘Seth and Rihanna Go Day Drinking,’ Seth and Rihanna, well… go day drinking. No surprise there I’m sure but this segment is more than just two famous people getting drunk during the day. There’s genuine chemistry between the two, though, to be fair I’d imagine Rihanna has chemistry with just about everyone. The segment starts with Seth making some questionable drinks for RiRi based off some of her songs. My personal favorite is ‘Bitch Better Have My Bunny,’ which is just tequila drank out of a headless chocolate bunny.
He also makes an ‘Under My Rumbrella’ (rum, chocolate rum balls, a scoop of rum-raisin ice cream, and a healthy handful of tiny drink umbrellas), ‘Diamonds in the Rye’ (rye whiskey and Blue Diamond almond milk), and ‘We Found Veuve in a Hostess Place’ (a glass of Veuve Clicquot with a Twinkie in it). After that, the two start playing drinking games like ‘Name Where You Wore That Outfit’ but, it’s probably best if you just watch the video.
