Seth Curry was the main attraction at the Las Vegas NBA Summer League tournament, much like his brother Stephen Curry was just a month ago in the NBA Finals. Seth played six games with the New Orleans Pelicans summer league team and averaged a tournament-best 24.7 points per game.
The Pelicans were impressed enough to have reportedly been close to signing Curry to a guaranteed contract, but Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Curry has come to terms with a different Western Conference team:

The Curry/Kings deal includes a player option for the second year in Sacramento, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. Two guaranteed years.

Curry’s deal is reportedly worth $2 million for two guaranteed seasons with the Kings.
At 24 years old, Curry has earned himself another opportunity to prove his worth at the highest level. Since entering the league he’s bounced around from the NBA Development League to 10-day contracts with several teams. Curry’s last stint was with the Phoenix Suns who eventually released him.
