
Seeker Music reportedly acquired the catalogs of pop star Jay Sean and his longtime collaborator Robert “Bobby Bass” Larow. The independent music company also acquired the publishing of producer Cardiak.

Carl “Cardiak” McCormick is a New Jersey native best known for working with award-winning rappers and singers, including Eminem, 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, J. Cole, and Chris Brown, to name a few. Along the way, he’s landed on the Billboard Hot 100 several times with tracks like “Damage” by H.E.R. and “Here We Go” by Coco Jones, among others. He’s earned three GRAMMY Award nominations across two categories — Best R&B Song and Album of the Year.
