
Just minutes after Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan spoke about a tragic incident that occurred on Saturday night, a tragic incident occurred on Sunday night. An unidentified man reportedly drove a car into a group of protesters before jumping out and shooting a 27-year-old named Daniel.
Shortly after being shot in the arm, Daniel told Seattle photographer Alex Garland that he saw the car going towards the group before catching up with the suspect and punching him.

“My whole thing was to protect those people,” Daniel said.

Daniel is believed to be the only victim of the attack and is reportedly in stable condition. The unidentified suspect has been arrested. However, there is no word on his bail or charges as of yet.
