Doug Baldwin is coming off a year in which he bloomed into a top flight receiver in the NFL. In the 2015 campaign, Baldwin and his Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson had a connection that put fear into many teams.
Baldwin is coming off a career season, tying for the NFL lead in touchdown receptions and setting career highs in TDs, receptions and yards receiving. It’s Baldwin’s second extension with the Seahawks after agreeing to a three-year deal following the 2013 season. Baldwin agreeing to a shorter deal and bet on himself in the hopes of a big deal. It seems that has paid off for the wideout.
