It may be hard to believe, but ScHoolboy Q is already on his fifth studio album. His latest project, CrasH Talk, comes with fourteen new tracks including the lead singles, “Numb Numb Juice” and “CHopstix.” In addition, the project features guest appearances from Travis Scott, Lil’ Baby, 21 Savage, YG, Kid Cudi and 6LACK. Interestingly enough, the project’s track list does not come with any features from T.D.E artists. Who knows? Maybe, there will be a few remixes with Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, SZA, Isaiah Rashad, Reason and Ab-Soul.
When asked about the direction of his latest work, the California native told Zane Lowe, “It’s more so my life after I made it to the point of ScHoolboy Q. I gave you me, but I never gave you the other side of me.” The T.D.E artist added, “[I’m] the father, the dude that’s actually happy, the dude that doesn’t be in the hood just hanging out. The dude that’s trying to put his homies in position now. I’m not a deadbeat father anymore.”
