
Rapper Scarface shares his experience after testing positive for coronavirus.
The Houston Hip-Hop legend detailed the symptoms in an interview with his fellow Geto Boys member Willie D. Shared in a live stream.
“I haven’t been nowhere. I’ve been in my house. I ain’t been on no planes, I ain’t been in no restaurants… People out there thinking this shit is a game? You don’t want to play with this.” says Scarface, describing how even with social distancing, he still contracted COVID-19.
In graphic detail, Scarface discusses how he endured shortness of breath, extreme vomiting, high fever, and kidney failure. Thankfully, after multiple hospital visits, Scarface is home recovering.
“This is something I want to leave everybody with: My life is real reserved. I don’t go nowhere… I ain’t been to the Grand Canyon, I don’t go jump out of helicopters. But I’m finna go live now..” says Scarface.
In the spring of 2019, Scarface announced his run for Houston City Council.
