To celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, JR. the Blackout for Human Rights and the Campaign for Black Male Achievement(CBMA) pulled together the likes of Ryan Coogler, Chris Rock, J. Cole, Michael B. Jordan, Octavia Spencer and many more for a MLK Now event in NYC. Every activist and celebrity in attendance gave motivational speeches and held healthy conversations with one another to talk about how people of color can come together and better ourselves while helping each-other.
