Russell Wilson is notably a good community person. Anything Seattle based he is there. As leader of the Seattle Seahawks it’s obvious. All sports stars do that nowadays. All good ones anyways.
The constant battle to get the Seattle Supersonics back in the NBA is something that I love. The Supersonics were great! I never agreed to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Yes they became legitimate very quickly and the fans seem to be dedicated. But Seattle fans were one of the best in the league! I know this, you know this and Russell Wilson knows this! Which is why he tweeted this.

Answering the question. I have no idea Russ. I really don’t know. All the trash teams now have history. There were talks of Milwaukee getting shipped, Sacramento of course. Atlanta! When there were reports of the Hawks getting thrown in the bin. Russell Wilson was there to shout “yes!”. How convenient!
