The Oklahoma City Thunder dropped Game 3 in the first round of the playoffs to Utah 115-102, a contest in which the “Big Three” of OKC had an off night, and a terrible fourth quarter.
Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio also posted a triple-double while going up against the king of triple-doubles in Russell Westbrook.
“He made some shots,” Westbrook said with regards to Rubio. “Too comfortable. But I’m gonna shut that s— off next game, though. Guarantee that.”

In a game in which Jazz rookie Donovan Mitchell got into early foul trouble, Rubio took control. He finished with 26 points, 11 rebounds, and ten assists. He is the first Jazz player to post a postseason triple-double since John Stockton in 2001. Rubio’s play was critical to a 20-4 run by Utah that erased a 12-point deficit.
The two teams will square up for Game 4 Monday, April 23rd.
