Although Royce O’Neale had a Euroleague deal with Lithuanian club Zalgiris Kaunas, he’s decided to opt out and sign a three-year deal with the Utah Jazz, Chema de Lucas of Gigantes Del Basket reports.

Lucas adds in the report that it is not a two-way contract, and the first season is guaranteed.
O’Neale has NBA size at 6-foot-6 and 215-pounds. He had a solid showing last season for Eurocup and Liga ACB club Herbalife Gran Canaria where he averaged 8.25ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.12apg, and shot 35-percent from deep across all competitions for the club.
