The Rockets signed Carter-Williams with the hope that he can be a role player and give them some bench depth after they lost Trevor Ariza and Luc Mbah a Moute in the offseason. Unfortunately for Carter-Williams, it didn’t work out as planned and he ended up being out of the rotation in the Rockets recent games. This season, Carter-Williams played 16 games and started in one for the Rockets and he is averaging 4.3 points, 0.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 9 minutes per game.
