Houston Rockets defensive minded point guard Patrick Beverley has recently missed some time due to an injury and he is expected to return to the lineup tonight. Beverley wasn’t able to practice with the team this morning before tonight’s game with the Brooklyn Nets. Beverley was recently arrested due to an open warrant.

…he wasn’t at practice this morning, after being arrested on an open warrant.
According to the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office, Beverley was stopped this morning on Beltway 8 at Telephone Road by Pearland police. It was a Class C misdemeanor warrant for “Operating a Motor Vehicle on Toll Road When Prohibited” issued out of Harris County.
Beverley was arrested at the scene and transported to the Clear Lake substation. He paid a fine and was released at around 11am.
This ends up not being a huge deal against Beverley and you can expect the guard to return to the Rockets lineup tonight after missing some games due to a concussion.
