Former Portland Trail Blazers guards Nik Stauskas and Wade Baldwin IV have had a busy week. After initially being traded from the Blazers to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a deal that sent Rodney Hood to Portland, the two were then shipped off to the Houston Rockets not even 24 hours ago in a deal that featured Iman Shumpert heading to Houston from the Sacramento Kings.
With the 3 P.M. trade deadline quickly approaching, the duo has found themselves on the end of yet another trade, this time heading to the Indiana Pacers along with a second-round pick.
This report comes from Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Sources: Rockets will send only a second-round pick to Pacers, no cash in deal. Pacers will waive Stauskas and Baldwin.

As Wojnarowski notes, both Stauskas and Baldwin will be waived by the Pacers and will be set to be free agents once they clear waivers.
Stauskas is in his NBA fourth season, having already played for four different teams with career averages of 6.9 points per game while shooting 34.9 percent from three. He was having a rather productive season in Portland this season and should be a sought after commodity on the buyout market for playoffs teams in need of a capable shooter.
Baldwin, who is in his third NBA season, has never been able to establish himself after being drafted with the 17th overall pick in 2016 NBA Draft. He’s appeared in only 56 games through three seasons, averaging slightly over 10 minutes per game.
