The Liberty Flames have signed Head Coach Ritchie McKay to a contract extension through the 2030 college basketball season. This is the fourth contract extension he has signed with the program in the past five seasons. He was already under contract through the 2028 college basketball season. This deal adds two more to his deal after he continues to build a successful mid-major program. With March Madness coming up, McKay and Liberty will be focused on winning the 2023 Atlantic Sun Tournament, so they can appear in the 2023 NCAA Tournament and continue their progress in building a better program.
