Launching on the scene in June 2014 with his debut album, Neon Icon, with the onslaught of social media jokes and other criticism, Riff Raff is moving on with his second LP in just over a year. With the tentative title of Peach Panther, Riff Raf is eagerly working to ensure that the new record tops his previous work across all avenues. To potentially do just that, the rapper has enlisted the help of Justin Bieber for a new collaboration. Justin trades in the melodic vocals in exchange for a rapper’s persona as he spits over the track, which was previewed via Riff Raff’s Instagram.
