Rubio signed his initial deal with Adidas in 2012, leaving Nike to do so.
This season, Rubio has played in two games for Minnesota, totaling a combined nine points, 13 assists, five rebounds, and three steals on 3-9 shooting in 62 minutes. Unfortunately, Rubio sprained his elbow in the fourth quarter of the Timberwolves’ loss vs. the Sacramento Kings and is out indefinitely. The Timberwolves have lost four of their five games this year.
