With Jefferson on the Cavaliers, he replaces another former Maverick, Shawn Marion who will be retiring this year. With Jefferson in his slot, and J.R Smith and Tristan Thompson still uncertain to return to a Cavaliers uniform next season, Jefferson could move up in the rotation. Either way we know Jefferson is in ‘ring-chasing mode’ and wants to be able to claim a ring to himself with the help of LeBron & Cast. I think he picked a good spot.
