The Golden State Warriors have been one of the most pleasant surprises this year, with Stephen Curry having an MVP year, Klay Thompson breaking out of his shell, and Draymond Green being a defensive stopper, and maybe even Defensive Player Of The Year. According to multiple reports, the Golden State Warriors will do whatever they have to in order to keep Draymond Green. Draymond Green is a restricted free agent this summer and a lot of teams have been EXTREMELY interested, including his hometown the Detroit Pistons.
Draymond Green is a great player who can stretch the floor as a four and also be the back bone of the defense, WHILE guarding your best player.

Mychal Thompson is Klay Thompson’s father, and obviously as his father, he must know something we don’t know. If the Golden State Warriors do in fact extend it to make Draymond Green a 15 million dollar player, they may be in some financial trouble, but who really cares when you only have 14 losses?
