This season, Talib has 14 total tackles in 5 games. He was placed on injured reserve following a rib injury that occurred during a week 5 loss to the Seattle Seahawks but was still eligible to be traded. Due to this he can not play until week 15 because he is on injured reserve.
Talib who is in his 12th season has never played a full 16 game season. Originally drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he played for 4 and a half seasons, Talib spent a year and a half in New England. Later he was traded to the Denver Broncos and stayed there for four seasons and was apart of their Super Bowl 50 championship team. After his time in Denver he was traded to the Rams and played in 8 games last season.
Miami is 0-7 following a 27-14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football. The Los Angeles Rams are sitting at 5-3 in a crowded NFC West.
