Stories like this are a weed-legalizing-hater’s wet dream.
21-year-old — 19 at the time of the incident — Phoenix mom, Catalina Clouser must have smoked the finest cheeba because upon learning her boyfriend got busted for a DUI, she placed her 2-month-old baby on the roof of her car. While being in a pot-induced trance, Clouser drove 12 miles before realizing the child wasn’t inside the vehicle.
The toddler was discovered by a passerby, still in the car seat, in the middle of the highway. Luckily, the baby wasn’t harmed.
Clouser returned to the scene and was arrested.
She pleaded not guilty, then later switched up her plea and plead guilty to child abuse and misdemeanor DUI.
Here’s the kicker: Clouser did not get thrown in jail; received 16 years probation.
