Over the last few weeks, the world of music has been fascinated with anything and everything having to do with Eminem. With the release of his last album, beef with Machine Gun Kelly and his sit down interview with Sway, Eminem has been the most talked about rapper of the month. In fairness, he’s earned it. Thanks to his flows and wordplay, Eminem has earned his spot as one of the best rappers of all time. However, today’s discussion often overlooked the person who most influence Eminem’s style.
For decades, Redman has repeatedly appeared and destroyed microphones. Throughout his career, Redman has dropped platinum albums, gold singles and earned the respect of his peers. At this point in time, Redman’s legacy is solidified as one of the most influential rappers of all time. Still, he takes time out of his day to drop projects hear and there. In 2015, the New Jersey native dropped off his eighth studio album, Mudface. Back again, the legend is looking to drop his ninth studio album, Muddy Waters, Too.
As he prepares for the release of his ninth album, Redman has dropped a new record called, “Tear It Up”. On the record, Redman displays his legendary flow when he raps, “These fat women give me love and they salary/Take they money buy bud and burn calories/I got a hashtag/I’m back for everybody washing they feet and face with the same washrag.” Check out the new record from Redman above.
