RECAP: Warriors Outlast Nets For 107-99 Win
The Golden State Warriors beat the Brooklyn Nets 107-99 at home on Thursday night. Klay Thompson led the Warriors with a game-high 25 points. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green added 17 points each for Golden State. Jarrett Jack had a team-high 23 points (10-for-10 FG) for Brooklyn off the bench. Brook Lopez and Deron Williams each had 18 points for the Nets.
Brooklyn’s offense was quick, deliberate, and efficient in the first quarter (36 points) but the production didn’t carry over into the second where the Warriors outscored them 34-19. The Nets went only 3-for-16 from three-point range while the Warriors knocked down eleven threes. Golden State also out-assisted Brooklyn 30-19.
Golden State is now 6-2 and Brooklyn is 4-4 on the season.
