The Golden State Warriors are now 2-0 in their Florida road trip, which makes it the first time in history they have achieved this. The Golden State Warriors won against the Orlando Magic 111-96. Stephen Curry was the high scorer tonight scoring 28 points being 6/8 from the 3-point line. Tobias Harris came back from his 2 game injury and got a double-double 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Analysis: Okay so the Golden State Warriors have made a franchise record, and they became 2-0 on their Florida road trip for the first time ever, but are they legit? Earlier on Social Media, I asked if the Golden State Warriors were championship worthy and a lot of the answers I got were no due to; experience, defence, or inconsistency. All of those arguments are warranted and make sense, but I feel as if the Golden State Warriors have moved and gotten A LOT better since last year. With Steve Kerr manning the ship, they have improved defensively, and have really had an offensive flow other then playing through Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. They are now ALMOST championship worthy (*NOTE* before they were just a playoff team). They can now compete and advance in the playoffs. Let’s hope in April I’m right.
