Portland Trail Blazers at Los Angeles Clippers. Clippers Win 106-102
J.J. Redick broke out of an early season shooting slump with an outstanding 30 points, and Blake Griffin added 23 points 6 rebounds while playing sick. Chris Paul had 22 points and 11 assists, and Jamal Crawford scored 20 points in his first start of the season.
Damian Lillard led the Blazers with 25 points. LaMarcus Aldridge had 21 points and 10 rebounds, and Robin Lopez scored 17 of his 19 points in the first half. Portland’s Wesley Matthews, who finished with 14 points, missed a 3-pointer in the final seconds to try and put the Blazers back in the game.

Washington Wizards at Indiana Pacers. Wizards Win 97-90.
John Wall led Washington’s balanced offense with 18 points and 4 assists and Nene added 17, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, scoring 12 of his 17 in the first quarter. Marcin Gortat got into early foul trouble and had limited playing time, but managed to score 12 points. Paul Pierce also scored 12 points, while Kevin Serephin came off the bench to score 13.
Indiana Pacers forward Solomon Hill scored 12 of his career-high 28 points in the third quarter. Donald Sloan dropped 13, Chris Copeland scored 14 and Roy Hibbert scored 4 but left the game in the fourth quarter with a knee injury.
Washington earned its first regular season victory at Indiana since 2007, snapping an 11-game streak.

New York Knicks at Atlanta Hawks. Hawks defeat Knicks 103-96.
Kyle Korver scored 27 points, Jeff Teague had 19 points and 5 assists for Atlanta. Dennis Schroeder had 11 points off the bench and starting forward DeMarre Carroll had 12 points.
Anthony led New York with 20 points, including 14 in the first quarter. Iman Shumpert had 19. Tim Hardaway Jr. had 15 points and Amare Stoudemire scored 14 for the Knicks, who are still struggling with the triangle offense.
The Knicks led 61-48 at halftime before the Hawks rallied to take the lead with the final basket of the third period. With the Knicks down to 12 players, Atlanta’s deep bench showed in the second half. The Hawks outscored the Knicks 27-13 in the third quarter. The Knicks have now lost 4 straight games.

Minnesota Timberwolves At Miami Heat. Heat defeat T-Wolves 102-92.
Dwyane Wade scored 25 points with 8 assists, Chris Bosh added 24 and they combined to score their team’s final 12 as the Heat wasted most of a 20-point lead before beating the Minnesota Timberwolves 102-92. Luol Deng scored 14 points and Norris Cole added 11 for the Heat.
Nikola Pekovic finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who lost for the second straight night and got confirmation earlier in the day that point guard Ricky Rubio will be out indefinitely because of a sprained left ankle. Thaddeus Young scored 16, Shabazz Muhammad had 13 and Gorgui Dieng added 12 for Minnesota.

Boston Celtics at Chicago Bulls. Celtics upset Bulls 106-101.
In a last second start Evan Turner scored 19 points, 1 of 7 Boston players in double figures, as the Celtics got a solid 106-101 victory over the Bulls. Kelly Olynyk finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds for Boston, while Jeff Green contributed 14 points. The Celtics did it without Rajon Rondo, who missed his fourth game of the season.
The Bulls were without Derrick Rose but Aaron Brooks led Chicago with 26 points, 19 in the fourth quarter along with 8 assists off the bench. Pau Gasol added 19 points and 9 rebounds. Jimmy Butler had 16 points and Joakim Noah had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Golden State Warriors at Houston Rockets. Warriors stay NBA’s lone undefeated team, beat Rockets 98-87.
In what was supposed to be the game of the night between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets, turned into the Stephen Curry show.
Curry had 34 points and 10 rebounds in a matchup of undefeated teams, scoring 23 in a pivotal second half that was highlighted by a 22-4 run over the opening 7 minutes of the third quarter. Curry shot 6 for 9 from 3-point range and finished with five assists and four steals. The only unbeaten team in the NBA, the Warriors improved to 5-0 for the first time since the 1994-95 season, when Golden State finished 26-56 under coach Don Nelson.
The once undefeated Rockets were without a trio of regular players as Dwight Howard, Terrence Jones and Patrick Beverly all didn’t play due to illness or injury. The lack of these players all contributed to Houston’s downfall. James Harden led the Rockets with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Point guard Isaiah Canaan had 21 points in place of Beverley.

Memphis Grizzlies at Milwaukee Bucks. Bucks upset Grizz, 93-92.
Brandon Knight converted a three-point play with 1.1 seconds remaining Saturday night to rally the Milwaukee Bucks to a 93-92 victory over Memphis, handing the Grizzlies their first loss of the season in seven games. Giannis Antetokounmpo took advantage of his quickness against Randolph and took the ball to the basket, scoring 12 of his career-high 18 points in the fourth quarter. Knight added 14 points with 6 assists and rookie phenom Jabari Parker had 13. Ersan Ilyasova had 11 points and 9 rebounds.
Randolph had 22 points and 14 rebounds, and Gasol scored 18 for Memphis. Courtney Lee had 11 points for the Grizzlies which was off to the best start in franchise history and they are now 6-1. The loss left Golden State (5-0) as the only unbeaten team in the NBA.

New Orleans Pelicans at San Antonio Spurs. Pelicans defeat the defending champion Spurs, 100-99.
Anthony Davis scored the game-winning basket on a driving layup with 6.6 seconds left and the New Orleans Pelicans held on for a 100-99 victory over the San Antonio Spurs. Davis finished with 27 points and 11 rebounds. Tyreke Evans had 18 points and 5 assits, including buzzer-beating shots in the second and third quarters, and Holiday had 15 points and 11 assists.
Tony Parker scored 28 points with 4 assists and 3 rebounds, Manu Ginobili added 17 points, Green had 16 and Duncan had 11 points and 10 rebounds. San Antonio had 19 turnovers and struggled to match New Orleans’ intensity.
