It’s March Madness. Tension and stakes are high. Rashad Madden lost his shoe during no. 5 seed Arkansas’ first round game against no. 12 seed Wofford. Madden threw his sneaker to the bench, trying to at least stay on the floor to play out the possession.
At the opportune moment, one of Madden’s Arkansas teammates throws him a new sneaker to put on. It had to be tossed from the other side of the court, causing enough disturbance to earn Arkansas a delay of game.
Nice to see that Madden’s teammate wanted him to stay on the floor as badly as he did.
